The Dickson Drive and Arsenault Court community features brand-new, modern rental homes thoughtfully designed to provide comfortable, high-quality living for Indigenous families, couples, and individuals. Each home offers bright living spaces, modern finishes, energy-efficient construction, and the comfort of living in a welcoming neighbourhood, minutes outside of town.

With construction now complete, units are available for rent immediately. We are currently accepting applications from eligible Indigenous families and individuals seeking quality, affordable housing in Colchester County.
